We didn't have an in-game contest for a long time, don't you think? Well, I think that it is the right time to have one!
Chistochob is on a vacation, and he can't clean the city, so he needs your help. That's why we are hosting a Garbage Collector contest! All you have to do is to collect garbage, so Chistochob won't have to clean the city again.
The contest ends on Wednesday, September 5, 2012. So if you want to help, you got 5 days.
Did you know that some of the staff members would like to play Garbage Collector with you? That's why we are going to host a party! Here are the details:

The party like no other!
Yesterday night over 100 users came online to party with Ashely, and the Chobots staff. The party was hosted at the beach in Pineapple city, as you can see above the Chobots were pretty excited!
During the Beach party Ashely and Jakerained a whole bunch of neat items, including some rare items like this Scarf; which wasn't suppose to be added to the stores till' November! MotherCho also stopped by adding some magic to the party. After the rain stopped and the sun came out Ashely decided to host a "Best dressed for summer" contest; picking 3 winners for the best summer outfit. User's who won the best dressed contest were Farhan123, Vilt, and Amoona. The 3 winners received 5,000 Bugs to set them for the next season on Chobots!
A huge thanks from the whole Chobots team to everyone who came and support this event leading us to plan more for the near future. We really couldnt have planned anything better to celebrate a great summer on Chobots.net!

Hello Chobots!
August is going to end soon, it is almost September, and it is the time for the Chobots to return to school.
I think that the summer vacation ended too fast, don't you think? Well, I'm pretty sure that everyone did something interesting this summer. Why don't you tell us about your summer vacation?
Here's what you have to do: Make a scrapbook of your summer vacation and what you did, or something else similar to the topic.
First of all, you will need this template:

Right click on the picture, and click on 'save'. Then think about a story, and add it to the picture using a pictures-editing program such as Photoshop, MSpaint, Paint.net, Photoscape, etc. You can also add pictures to your scrapbook, so the scrapbook will look 'happier' and more creative.
Recently, I re-made the cover of the scrapbook, so if you want to make your scrapbook even better, you can make a cover for it and add it to your entry.

The contest ends on Saturday, September 1, so you got 4 days to enter the contest.
This time, the prizes for the winners will be revealed only on Saturday, when we will announce the winners.

We are happy to announce that this week we will be hosting a Chobot Party at the Beach! Be sure to bring your best summer outfits because best dressed Chobot gets a prize. The beach party will be hosted on August 29th at 8:30 ChoTime by Ashely.
We have a lot planned to keep you Cho's entertained and we are always open to hear some party, or contest suggestions from the users. If you would like to share your idea Tweet us @Chobots.
P.S make sure you bring your Sun-Block because we'll be partying in the sun for quite some time, we don't want any burnt Chobots!
This weekend the team and I have spent our time going through all your wonderful entries for the August video contest. This month's video contest theme was citizenship - you had to create a video which promoted the advantages and benefits of being a citizen. There were some very talented video editors who took part in this contest, and it was a delight to see their creations. Good job to everyone who entered, you all get 1000 bugs for your hard work and efforts.
Grabbing the first place is Nightmare! He made a very creative and unique video advertisement for our citizenship packages. Our team liked his video so much, we decided to embed it on the official citizenship page at http://chobots.net/citizenship. Good job! Nightmare receives 7500 bugs, citizenship and a camera.
In second place, we have ComeBacKiid, congratulations! ComeBacKiid combined his creativity and GFX skills to produce a fantastic quality promo video for citizenship. He also added a very relevant and catchy tune in the background. Fantastic! ComeBacKiid receives 7500 bugs, 4 days of citizenship and a camera to show off!
Following up the top two we have Shadow03. He created a very informative and entertaining video featuring many Chobots users. Shadow03 receives 5000 bugs and 3 days of citizenship for his good work.
Everyone else who entered in this video contest receives 1000 bugs for their effort. The team and I were very happy seeing so many Chobots offering their help to each other and making their videos turn out great. Good teamwork, everyone!
I think it's been a while since we had a game of hangman, don't you agree? Hangman is one of my favorite games to play with you guys. Plus, I always tend to give out a lot of prizes to the winners.
So, why don't you meet me this Sunday at 4 PM (16:00) Cho-Time by the Agents Underground? I'm sure we'll have a lot of fun.
My tip for the day is not to waste your time on Chobots. Don't just sit at Cafe street and wait for things to happen. Take the initiative and make Chobots better for everyone. You could throw parties, fashion shows, go play games, help others, and make new friends. Honestly, Chobots isn't fun if you don't do anything so if you're going to be on why not use the whole interactive experience. Don't you think that playing with friends is better than sitting in the Cafe St? I have a challenge for you. Try and get 80-90% of the people out of the Cafe St. and into another room or house. I think that would be a nice accomplishment. Try and get everyone online involved! :)
If you can do it, post a picture of the house/room and the cafe because I'd like to see. It's not necessarily a contest... I might give away something to the person with the most barren Cafe St. and the most populous room.
PS. If you're going to try and win something... while you're taking the screenshot I suggest that you scroll over the map (the server name pops up) so I can really tell. :P
