Hey Chobots!

As some of you may already noticed we unfortunately had some bugs today that made you unable to chat with your friends in-game.

Chobots Idol

Hello Chobots!

Do you like singing? How about making songs? Well if you do I have some awesome news for you! We decided to start a new contest for the Main Blog... This is Chobots Idol!

For this contest, you need to make and sing a song about Chobots! Here are a couple of things we'll be looking for while listening to your song...

•    Creativity of song lyrics
•    How well you sing your song

   Once you have sung your song, you'll need to upload it to YouTube or somewhere else, so that we can view it. Also, be sure to include your song lyrics in the description so it would be helpful for us to know what words are being said in the song. You guys have until Saturday, June 1st to submit your song. The winners of this contest will receive some awesome prizes!

Draw an Agent: Winners

Hello Artists,

    After looking through all of the results, we have came down to the final 3 entries. We were shocked to see how much creativity and determination was put in the entries. Sadly, we cannot grant everyone a prize. So, without further ado, here are the amazing results!

    In first place, Egotisticalslug with with her outstanding artwork of Vasa12345!

   Next, we have an extraordinary entry from Rockstar of Agent Mike. Very detailed throughout the drawing!

    And finally, we have a drawing of some of the Agents, done by Sylva. Placing all of the Agents together in one drawing shows the family connection that the Agents share together.

Another Clothes Refresh

Hi Chobots,

What's new? The week is almost over again, and the weekend is about to begin! The Summer is almost here, and what is a better way to start a new season with some new clothes?

If you will check the shops, you will see that all the catalogs around the Chobots city were updated with some sweet new clothes!


Those are the eight new items that were added to the catalogs. Before joining a fashion show, make sure you have the best items that will help you win. Hmm, do you think that I will look good with a Chinese hat?

Agent Interviews

Hi chobots,

As you may have noticed, the team has chosen two new agents a few weeks ago! Congratulations to Josh and Kingkevin for being promoted to agency. I decided to host a small interview with each of them:

What was your first reaction when you found out you became an agent?

"I fell out of my chair. And kinda.. Shocked."

What inspired you to become an agent?

"I had so many agent friends. I never really was inspired, I was just being myself. But mostly Curiosity. I've known Curiosity for ages, since .com and we both coached each other."

What are your plans for the future?

"I would LOVE to get up to moderator status, but at the moment, I want to expand the chobots community by getting more idea's sorted out."



What was your first reaction when you found out you became an agent?

"Well, I was very excited like really like dancing in my room c:"

What inspired you to become an agent?

"Well, I always wanted to be an agent to work and help others. But the one who actually inspired me was Spencer."

What are your plans for the future?

"To help Chobots and make the game safe."

Game Night!

Hey Chobots,

How is your free citizenship day going so far? If you are still thinking about purchasing citizenship, this is the right time to test most of the perks that citizens receive; play even more games, purchase more clothes, add more friends to your friends list and lots of other features! If you would like to purchase citizenship, feel free to do it from http://chobots.net/citizenship.

Moving on; as stated in our upcoming events window, there is going to be a game night, tomorrow!
All the contests will be open and you could play the different games around the city, or party with the moderators.

The game night will take place tomorrow, May 18th, 2013, at 20:15/8:15 PM until 21:15/9:15 PM Cho-time (GMT). As stated before, all the contest-boards will be open and you could play the different games around the city, or party with the moderators at the Missions Agency.

Remember - Cheating is forbidden! If you will be caught cheating, you will be disqualified from the leader board. If you found a Chobot cheating in a contest,
email support@chobots.net / contact us via Skype about the cheater & include a proof (a picture) in your report. If you will report a cheater, you will be awarded with 5000 bugs.

Free Citizen Day!

Clothes Refresh!

Hey Chobots,

How are you today? The week is almost over, and the weekend is almost here. I hope that you don't have any special plans for tomorrow, because we are going to play hangman and pictionary! For more information, click here.

You probably noticed that a new agent has been spotted at the home shop - Agent Q. Q needs your help to activate the five satellites that are hidden somewhere around the Chobots city. The problem is that their are under an invisible cloak, and you cannot see them. As everyone else, I decided to accept the challenge and search for the satellites. When I was searching at the shop, I noticed that 17 new items were added to the different catalogs!


That's right, 17 new items were added to the catalogs! Some of the items are for Citizens only, and some items are for everyone. Be sure to purchase the items that you like before we refresh the catalogs again!

Decorate a cookie!

Hello everyone!

In the following days it's time for you to show your creative side again, as we start a "decorate a cookie" contest. Your task is pretty simple: like the name already says all you have to do is to bake some cookies and decorate them with colored frosting or icing, for example.

You can create it however you'd like, as long as it's Chobots related. Some possibilities would be a building, like the academy, or maybe even your own Chobots pet.

Once you have finished, take a picture of the result and leave it as a link in the comments below! You have time until the 15th of May. Your work will worth it, not only because of the great prizes you can win, you also have some yummy cookies to eat or share with your family and friends.

Agent Meeting Time!

Hello agents!

It's time to prepare for another meeting. At the meeting, we will be talking about upcoming events and parties, updates, bugs/glitches, and other general improvements to Chobots.

The meeting will be held May 11th, at 5:30 PM Chobots Time. It will be on the most populated server the day of the meeting (whichever server has the most people), and will of course be located at Agents HQ! We hope to see many agents there. :)

As we enter a new month, as always, we look for new Chobots to join the Journalist program. The Journalist program showcases outstanding and well maintained blogs. If you are interested in becoming a Journalist, below you can find the requirements to apply.

•     Your blog should be at least one month old and updated weekly.
•     The posts on your blog must be your own and creative. You may not copy from other blogs or websites.
•     Images found on the Official Blog may be used in your posts.

Journalists are rewarded with many wonderful perks, such as:

•     Your blog will be featured on the play page
•     Journalist badge on your playercard with the title of your blog
•     In the beginning of the month, one free week of Citizenship
•     Invited to an exclusive mailing list to receive information of upcoming events, future features and news before anyone else
•     You will receive the exclusive feather item automatically
•     You will be invited to write one blog post here on the Official Blog
•     The ability to contact a moderator through PC, even when their card is blocked
•        Your blog will be bookmarked by the Moderators
•     Your website will be featured on the Official Blog

Farm Contest

Hey Chobots,

After looking through all of your designs, we have picked out 3 winners for our contest!

1st Place: Pancake - Coconut Magic Wings

A great concept; coconut magic! It fits in great with out summer theme and has been added as a citizenship item. I especially love the palm trees as wings.

2nd Place: Chalk - Spray Can Wings

This item is truly amazing. The shading on this item is spectacular. We can tell this took a lot of dedication and creativity to create.

3rd Place: Rhasberri - Emo Kitty Costume

This design is really cute. I love the kitty ears added to the hood, great item.

Game Night

Hey everyone!

This Saturday we're going to have the first game night since March! We took a little break from having them in April, but now you will have the chance again to compete for the special game controller item, citizenship, and of course... bugs!

Game Night happens once every other week on a Saturday evening. During this event, all the competition boards are enabled throughout Chobots, and you are given the chance to participate in a contest of your choice. The chobot placing first in each competition will receive a prize! If you don't feel like participating, you can simply come online for the party.

The competition scoreboards will be opened at 11:30PM Cho-Time this Saturday, 4th of May. If you want to come to the party, join us at the Academy Street! The mods will be waiting for you.
