Hey there, Chobots!!

We'll be having the first official Age 0 party this Friday the 30th! You are all invited to join us for this spectacular event, during which we will release the new citizen quest. However, there is one rule: you must wear no clothes or accessories, as if you have just joined Chobots!

The party will take place at the 3rd farm at 9:00 PM Cho-Time, on a secret city (you'll find out on Friday). Apart from the new quest, we have another surprise in store for you all.

Designers of the Season!

Hi Chobots! After spending nearly 2 hours going through all of the designs submitted for the Spring Design Contest we have come to our winners!

We had 4 users that won while drawing on their computer and 5 users who won while drawing in real life on paper!

Hello to the profiles!

Hello Chobots! The Chobot profiles have finally come to Chobots and we're thrilled to show you some information on them and how to sign up for an account!

Firstly, to access the profile page, you need to click on the Chobot Profile button which can be found on any user next to ignore, or on your own card by itself.

 Next it will prompt you to either sign in or create an account.
To start click on "Get a ChoProfile." and it will ask for some information.

Enter your Chobot information!

Once you complete this, and the information is valid and correct, we will send you an email. In your email it includes: a link for activation, your password, and how to ask for additional help.

Now that your account is activated, you can login to the page again by clicking on the button on a player card or going to http://chobots.net/profile and entering the email you've used and the password we gave you!

 Now that this is complete, you can explore all of the neat features our profile system has to offer you and your friends!

Hi Chobots! It's been a while since we've had a drawing contest and we've decided on having one finally! We have a great theme for you: Spring time clothing!


Now, to enter this contest you should draw your design on this template, but you are free to create your own template if you feel you can create the item in a better way! You can draw a Chobot in real life if you choose to do so also!

This contest will end on Friday and we will post the winners on Sunday or Monday, depending on how many users enter / we have to judge!

If you have any questions feel free to ask on the Chobots Forum or ask an agent in game.

We ask that you draw the items that you submit yourself in real life or on the computer. Please do not post images from Google or any other website! You can copy the design from a picture online you like if you want, but make sure you draw them and don't copy/paste their image!

The prizes for this contest are nice. This is one where you can show off your skills in drawing! We will have 2-4 prizes for on the computer drawings and 2-4 designs for in real life drawings.

You can enter this contest as many times as you'd like with as many designs for either category as you'd like!

3 contests at once!?

Wow 3 contests at once!

Hi Chobots! It's Friday again which means contest time!

We have not 1, not 2, but 3 contests open!

We will have 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place for all 3 of the contests! There is no extra prizes this week for points on the leader board, but the prizes for winning 1st place in any of these events is very nice!

This should be a great way for Chobots to show their skills whether it is in Chess, Checkers, or Slider!

If you find any cheaters in the contest, please send a tweet to @Chobots with a picture of the user(s) cheating and they will be removed from contests from then on.

Game Maintenance

We are fixing a few more bugs.  In the meanwhile, think of all things you can do?  Maybe update your blog with a Spring or St. Patrick Day theme?  Make a new blog banner?  Post on the forum.  Tell your skype friends about Chobots.  The list is endless.

Double Contests!

Hello Chobots! We're opening 2 new contests for this weekend. As a little change, we will be awarding 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th for both.

Time to farm!

Lets recycle!

We will have a nice extra prize for the Chobot who can get on both leader boards and have the lowest total points. This means the higher on the board you get, the lower amount of points you acquire! Here are 2 examples.
(Ex: 1st in farm and 28th in garbage = 29points)
(Ex: 4th in farm and 3rd in garbage = 7points This user would win.)

PS: If you are caught cheating in either event you will be banned from contests for life. Please do not cheat. This is your only warning.

Attention Agents Again!

Hello Agents of Chobots. We will be having an agent meeting this weekend.

Please understand that it is not mandatory to attend, but we'd like to get as many agents there as possible. This is due to what we're going to be discussing and it's important for all agents to hear this news. Also, all agents who attend will receive a bonus for their hard work and commitment to the game. Server Movement

Hello Chobots. we are currently reinstalling our servers to optimize performance This change can take anywhere from 2 to 24 hours. We will reimburse all citizenships for 1 day due to the downtime. Thanks for staying with us!

3/5/12 Update: We will be reimbursing all current citizens of Chobots.net with 2 days of citizenship.

3/6/12 News: The Chobots.net website is up and being restored. We are sorry for the 3 days we've been down and will have a special offer once the site is fully restored!

3/6/12 News: We expect Chobots to fully be up by tomorrow (March 7th, 2012) midday. We will remburse all citizens of Chobots with 5 days of Citizenship and we will have a sale on Citizenship for all juniors so they can upgrade easier! 

3/8/12 News: We're still working on rebuilding the game servers. The Chobots Forum has been enabled again so you can talk with all of your Chobot friends still! We will inform you again tonight and if not tomorrow unless the game is up. Thanks!
