Scrapbook contest: The winners!

Hey guys!

Did you all have a beautiful weekend? I hope so because since the weekend has come to an end, it's time to announce the winners of the Scrapbook contest "How I spend my weekend(s)".

All of the entries were fantastic, so it was hard to choose the best ones but we still had to come to a decision.

Vasa12345 presents us a simple weekend day of hers, which seems to repeat weekend after weekend.

With her scrapbook, Sweeets shows us all the things she likes to do mostly during the weekend because the time for doing all of that on school days is probably impossible!

Hydra explains us his weekend in a kind of Diary he wrote and designed creatively.

Good Job! For the hard work Vasa12345 and Sweeets receive 1 week of Citizenship, 5000 bugs and a medal. Since Hydra did some extra work by designing the cover too, he will receive the same prize but with 1000 extra bugs.

Clothing Refresh

Today we have added 10 new items to the catalogues! The items this month are summer themed and bursting with colors.

Maya's Hot Buys
The item I like out of the 10 items has to be the orange scale top. The shades of orange in the top looks great, it's definitely a very unique and stylish top. It would look great with brown and white.

I will be looking out for cool styles with these new items, there may be prizes for the best ones!

Party Review & Research Contest Winners!

Hey Chobots!

How's your weekend going so far? Before we begin, I'd like to apologize for all the technical issues that occurred at yesterday's "Dress Like a Mod" party. Our development team is working very hard on improving the game and fixing these issues.
As stated in Coby's party invitation post, you had to dress like one of our staff members for the party. Many users were dressed as different staff members, and I almost got confused between some of them.
The six Chobots that had the best replicas most similar to our staff are:


Congratulations Luna, Comebackiid, Flute, Toastytim, David09, and Mike. Your outfits are amazing! As we promised, the users with the best outfits will be awarded with some prizes - Your accounts will be awarded with 5000 bugs and a red rosette. Enjoy!

Moving on onto our next subject - the research contest. A few days ago a research contest about the summer has begun. Over 40 entries were submitted, and most of them were filled with lots of cool facts and information about the summer. Suddenly, we can only have three winners, and they are:

1st place: Vasa12345.
Prizes: 14 days of Citizenship, 8000 bugs, a scroll.

2nd place: La09.
Prizes: 7 days of Citizenship, 6000 bugs, a scroll.

3rd place: Chrysaor.
Prizes: 5 days of Citizenship, 4000 bugs, a scroll.

Congratulations Chobots, you did an awesome job on these entries! If you did not win this time, don't forget that there is always next time; we will have more contests in the future, maybe you'll win in one of them!

The Best Farmers!

Hello everyone!

I hope you enjoyed our farming contest! I saw lots of you out on our farms, feeding Daisy lots of hay and collecting tons of milk, and I'd like to say bravo! You all did an excellent job, but only the top three farmers can win!

Who knows Chopix best?

Hey guys!

I've carefully been reading through all of your entries, and I've chosen the top 3 entries which were the most creative, unique and made me giggle!

I'd like to thank everyone who entered the contest as they were all great!

This entry was very unique! It told me facts I didn't already know about Chopix and certainly made me chuckle. I like how his entry had some comedy, great to read and quite informative.

2nd Place - Grace

This entry was very informative and was great to read. It is obvious that there was a lot of effort towards this entry and the creativity in the writing and design is outstanding.

3rd Place - Ostrich

The effort put towards the template of this newspaper makes this entry look unique. It is quite descriptive and it is nice to see some Chobots helped him with reviews and pictures.

Game Night

Hello Gamers,

There are many games to play in Chobots, which is your favorite game? You'll have a chance to compete with other Chobots on Saturday, June 22nd, 7:30PM Chotime during Game Night. Game Night is held every few weeks, during Game Night all competition boards are enabled. Reach your way to the top of the board to receive 6000 bugs, 10 days of Citizenship and a game controller item for your Chobot!



If you notice anyone cheating during Game Night, report the Chobot with proof to support@chobots.net. Your report will assist us to ensure Game Night is as fair as possible for everyone.

Farming Contest!

Hello Chobots!

Do you enjoy visiting Daisy on our farms? Maybe you like farming to earn some extra bugs to spend on cool items. I know I do! That's why we will be holding a farming contest for you!

Starting today, June 17th, you will have until Thursday, June 20th to compete and try to get your name up to the first place spot! As always, the winners will receive bugs and citizenship.

Animal Party: recap!

Hey guys!

I hope you had a beautiful weekend and enjoyed the yesterdays Animal Party.

The party began with some music and beautiful background colors and animations. After a little quiz about animals we've also had some nice items raining, too! Later, when the party had come to an end, we decided to host a hangman and pictionary, where the winners received some cute prizes,too.

Take a look at some screenshots from the party:

As you can see we had quiet a lot fun, especially because all of you were dressed up as an animal. I really enjoyed your outfits, but there were some outfits I find really interesting!

Feryat used simple clothes to dress like an animal but still looks like a stylish Cho.
Alert used as many animal items as possible, which makes his outfit unique.

Both of you receive 5000 bugs and a Strawberry-shirt in a desired color (please comment the color under this post).

All in all it was a fun-tastic party and if you couldn't attend it - don't worry! There will be more parties in the near future.

Party time!

Hey friends!

It has been a while since we've had a themed-party, and I thought it would be great to have a new one. I'm hoping you all love animals, and maybe even have your own pet... because we've decided to host an animal party!

If you'd like to attend this party make sure you'll be on Sunday, the 16th of June, at 7 PM Chobots Time at the Pets Shop on the server Vanilla. We'll have some rain and quizzes too! I hope to see you there! :)

Psst.. Did you know..?!

Hey Chobots!

I was wandering around the Park today, on my way to draw at the walls, and stopped to talk with Chopix along the way. We had a very awkward chat, partially because I hardly knew him! For this reason, I have a task for you so I won't be embarrassed when I talk to him again!

Your task is to find out some interesting, fun facts about Chopix and present them as a newspaper article.

Tip: Try to focus on 3 main points and make sure you elaborate on them, be as creative as you can!

The winners will be judged on the most detailed and creative article.

The contest will last 6 days and end on June 20th.
Please submit your works on this blog post in a comment as submissions sent anywhere else will not count.

Summer Journalists

Hello Chobots,

It's finally a new month - June! Every month, some different updates occur around the Chobots world. One of our fun changes is an update to our bloggers program - the journalists. It's now time to let new people experience being a journalist.

The journalists program was created to help promote outstanding blogs which were created by different users from the Chobots world. If you are in charge of a certain blog and would like to join the journalists program, feel free to do it! But, make sure that your blog has the following criteria:

•     Your blog must be at least one month old.
•     Your blog should be updated weekly with different things.
•     The posts on your blog are written by you; they are not copied from
      anywhere.
•     The blog should contain creative decorations such as a header,
      a template, etc.

If you think that your blog contains all the criteria above, feel free to submit your blog by commenting your blog's URL in the comments section under this post.

Note: Blogs that will be submitted in other places will not be counted.

Another part of being a journalist is that you receive some great perks:

•     Your blog will be featured in the journalists bar at the top of the play page.
•     A journalist badge with the name of your blog will be added to your player
      card.
•     Your account will be awarded with seven days of citizenship and a
      feather.
•     You will be able to submit a post that will be published on the main blog.
•     You will be able to private chat moderators even if their player card is
      blocked.
•     Your normal name tag under your Chobot will be replaced with a purple
      name tag.
•     Your blog will be added to the journalists blog roll here, on the main blog.

As stated before, if you would like to submit your blog to the journalists program, comment your blog URL in the comments section under this post. If you would like to submit your blog, feel free to do it in the next five days - June 12th - June 17th. After the due date, all the submitted blogs will be reviewed by our staff members and we will announce the new journalists.

June journalists, if you would like to remain a journalist, you will have to re-submit your blog.

Research Time!

Hey Chobots,

I was walking around the Chobots city, trying to find a shady place to stay at, since it was very hot outside. I thought to myself; "Why is it so hot in here?" and then I remembered that it is Summer!

What is Summer? What is the story behind it? I'm sure that every one of you here has questions about this season. In order to answer these questions, we are going to have a research contest!


That's right, a research contest. We didn't have one for a while. All you have to do is to find some interesting information about the Summer and place it in the template above.  You could also add a picture to your entry, to make it look better!

The contest will last one week, which means you have time from today, June 10th to June 17th to submit your entries. The winners will be awarded with some sweet prizes!

Note: Copying information directly from other websites will be considered as cheating. You need to write the information by yourself!
If you will find a user cheating and report him, your account will be awarded with a nice amount of bugs.

Chobots: Testing Program

About The Testing Program
The Chobots Team from time to time needs help from our players to test new features and find all of the bugs before we release it to the entire community. These special Chobots help us by playing and testing all of the new features to allow a smoother game play for the community.

Join The Testers Team
We are looking for a group of up to ten people, preferably agents; Users that know the game, users that are able to quickly detect bugs, glitches, and errors, and users that can come up with great suggestions on how we could improve the game!

If you are interested in joining the testers team, fill the following application form:

Agents Meeting & Recommendations

Hello Chobots!

It is once again time to call the agents team to meet and discuss things. Agents, you are invited to another agents meeting that will take place on Saturday, June 8th, at 15:30 Cho-time.

Also, we will be collecting recommendations from you- the Chobots, so we could open another agents poll and expand our agents team! Please only recommend people you think truly deserves to be an agent, not just because they’re your friends or they asked you to recommend them. You can only recommend up to 2 people. Game Night!

Hey Chobots!

Are you ready for the first Game Night of June? We sure are! I hope you're excited to play all of the unique games on Chobots while competing for bugs, a game controller, and of course, citizenship!

As you may know, Game Night is an event that gives everybody a chance to compete in all of their favorite Chobots games to win some cool prizes!

For each of the games, the Chobot who places first will win a game controller item, bugs, and citizenship! If you don't want to compete, though, you can just come online for the fun party!

Before we start the actual contest, we will be partying at the Robots Arena from 8:30 PM (20:30) and throughout the beginning of Game Night for all of the Chos who don't want to compete this week.

We will open the score boards at 9:00 PM (21:00) Cho-Time on Saturday, June 8th, and they will remain open for one hour.

Remember, cheating is against the rules! If you see another Chobot cheating in one of the games, please email support@chobots.net with proof.

I hope to see you there - we will have lots of fun playing games and partying!
