The amount of new agents monthly should depend on how many players are playing the game monthly.
Not daring, yelling or annoying; I'm just asking.
And by the way, I think the blog theme for mobile phone users doesn't match, sorry.

But I disagree with your second statement, People should ONLY deserve it on how much they try hard and help, to me idc if the users name is cool or they're popular, I only look at them from the fact if they deserve it or not.
