Sweet Battle Competition

Hey Chobots,

As November begins to say its farewells, we're going out with a bang. Do you enjoy eating candy? Well, how about playing with it? The Chobots Team has opened a Sweet Battle contest for you to participate in throughout the weekend.

Thanksgiving TV Contest Winners

Happy Thanksgiving

Hello everybody!

It's finally Thanksgiving, an event that's celebrated in the United States of America and Canada. On this occasion the Chobots Team wishes every single of you a great and peaceful Thanksgiving with your family! We already celebrated this event in-game with an amazing Party yesterday! Can you find yourself in the pictures that we've been taking?

We started the Party in the cafestreet with beautiful colors and cool effects. In addition to music we also had some cool rain and  continued with a quiz about Thanksgiving! After that we moved the party to the Rope street where we had loads of fun. I hope all or most of you enjoyed the party and I'm looking forward the next cool event to celebrate with you!

Earlier this month the Chobots Market went out of service, as you might already know. We are aware that all users still have a remaining balance held on their Market accounts. Starting today until December 2nd, 2013 you have the opportunity to claim your money and have it applied to your Chobots account.

To Claim Your Market Balance:

1.    Contact Support (support@chobots.net) with the subject "Market Transfer".
2.    Provide your username, email address (that the account is registered to) and the information found on http://www.chobots.net/system
3.    Provide your current amount of bugs.

Once your email is received, we will transfer any remaining balance of Market funds to your account within 3-days. Requests after December 3rd, 2013 will not be accepted.

In other news, we'd like to thank everyone for participating in giving feedback to the Chobots team! As promised, we've granted each player 5000 bugs for their submission.

Commercial Video Contest

Hello everybody!

I hope all of you enjoy school and the time before Christmas! These days commercials play a big role in our lifes - they're on TV, in newspapers and magazines, on the internet, etc., to advertise a product, an item or even a game. Especially now, since it's Christmas-Time, the companies have to work harder in the creation of advertisements because Christmas is the interval in which all the people around the world buy the most stuff, compared to other seasons of the year, to get presents for their family and friends.
Now it's your time to take the role of an advertiser and make your own commercial video for Chobots.

Your video requires the following Conditions:

•    The video has to be at least 45 seconds long
•    The video has to be recorded on Chobots
•    You have to be in the video (of course you can ask others to help you though)
•    The video needs to be uploaded on YouTube

You have time till the 3rd of December to submit your entry as a YouTube-link below this post. Don't forget to add your username either in the Video or while submitting in the comment. Let your imagination run free and create your own special video about how you'd advertise Chobots.

Hey Chobots,

How are you? I hope you guys are having a wonderful week so far. Since it's getting really cold, and it started to snow in some countries, we decided to update the Shop, so everyone can be warm and fashionable! Today, the Chobots in-game Shop has been restocked with a bunch of cool items.

Space Racing Winners

Hello everybody!

I hope all of you had a beautiful start into the weekend and loads of different contests that are being hold on Chobots at the moment. Unfortunately one of these Contests came to an end and it's time to announce the winners of the Space Racing Contest.  Let's take a look at the scoreboard:

Space Racing Contest

Hey Cho's!

It's surprising how fast the month comes to an end and Christmas is coming near! Though, instead of talking random stuff I should just come to the point of the post - We're going to have a Space Racing Contest, where you can win loads of sweet prizes!

We will open the boards for this contest tomorrow (Thursday, the 21th of November) till Saturday, the 23rd of November). This will happen at 7 P.M. Cho-Time, that's also the time when it'll end.

Game Night

Hey guys!

I hope all of you enjoy the weekend so far! Unfortunately it ends tomorrow, though it has a good side, too, if you want to earn Citizenship, bugs and of course a game controller! Yes, that's right, it's time for another game night!

The Agents meeting will be hosted this Friday, the 16th of November, at 11 P.M. Cho-Time.  We decided to host our meetings on Skype, so agents who won't be able to attend have the ability to read what actually happened and what we've been talking about.
At the meeting we'll talk about the regular things, such as new updates, agents recommendations and other stuff.

Sliders Contest

Hello Chobots!

Did you all have a great week? I hope all of you enjoyed school, if not you can be glad it's almost weekend! And if you have loads of time this weekend and you are looking forward for great prizes, such as Citizen and bugs, I have great news for you - we're going to have a Sliders Contest, starting tomorrow!

Video Game Cover Contest

Hey Chobots!

I love to play video games, and we decided to come up with a new type of contest relating to video games! This contest you will have to design a video game cover for a specific topic we give you.

To start this contest off you need to design a video game cover using the template above and give a description of the video game on the back. For this video game you will need to make it about Nichos. The most creative and coolest designs will win some cool prizes! You have a week (November 20th) to complete your design!

The Best Racers

Hey Chobots,

After three days of tough competition between some of the best racers on the planet of Chobots, we have come to the ending point of the competition. 

In first place we have Kerem, who scored 5376 points. Kerem has earned 7000 bugs, 5 days of Citizenship and a first place medal. In second place there's Maya who earned herself 4296 points. Maya has been awarded 6000 bugs 4 days of Citizenship and a second place medal. And finally in third place we have have Peppeyanse24 who accumulated 4131 points. Peppyanse24 has been given 5000 bugs, 3 days of Citizenship and a third place medal.

Don't worry if you weren't able to come out on top this time, there's plenty more competitions planed for the near future!

Racer Competition

Hey Chobots,

Those pesky Nichos have asked me to create a challenge for you. They think that they can beat us in a race! Well it's time to prove them wrong. The contest board has been opened over by Garbage Collector, and we need you to rack up as many points as you can.

Pictionary/ Hangman

Hey Chobots,

It's been a while since we've had a few fun games of Hangman and Pictionary, dont you think? That's why the team has decided to host one on Tuesday evening!

It will take place on Tuesday, November 5th in the Agents Underground at 7:30 P.M. Chobots Time (on the most populated server).

If you're not sure what either of these games are, let me explain them for you guys. Pictionary is when a Chobot draws something on the graffiti wall, and your job is to try and guess what it is. Hangman is when you need to guess a word, phrase or sentence by suggesting letters or numbers. We hope you guys will be able to attend this fun event with the staff!

Halloween Costume Party Recap

Hey Chobots,

Yesterday we said good-bye to the month of October with a costume party. There was different animations, colors, spooky music and even some rain. We met at the Haunted Chlos Laboratory for an evening of fun, and that's just what we did.

During the party, we picked out the spookiest Chobots and have decided to reward them all 3000 bugs and a red rosette. Please congratulate Frostbite255, Alert, Lukeym2001, Crazzypenut, Xcan189 and Vanessa.

Chobots Market Important Information

Dear Chobots,

As you may have noticed, the Chobots Market is no longer accessible. After a recent feedback and usage analysis, we've came to the conclusion that the Market no longer holds a strong grip in interests. Furthermore, the Chobots Market has been decommissioned, and will no longer be supported. We've decided to discontinue the Market to direct focus on further development of additional features around the Chobots World, this move will allow us to have more time to organize, plan and build better features for Chobots.

Unfortunately, at this time all funds held on the Market are being retained. There will be an announcement when it is possible for you to retrieve your funds and then transfer them to your Chobots account.
