Market Funds & Feedback

UPDATE: Please do not include anything else but what is asked in your email. The system may fail at processing the request. The transfer may take up to 24 hours to complete as the system only syncs a few times each day. If you do not receive your funds within 24 hours, please contact Support. 

Hello Chobots,

Earlier this month the Chobots Market went out of service, as you might already know. We are aware that all users still have a remaining balance held on their Market accounts. Starting today until December 2nd, 2013 you have the opportunity to claim your money and have it applied to your Chobots account.

To Claim Your Market Balance:
  1.    Contact Support (support@chobots.net) with the subject "Market Transfer".
  2.    Provide your username, email address (that the account is registered to) and the information found on http://www.chobots.net/system
  3.    Provide your current amount of bugs.
Once your email is received, we will transfer any remaining balance of Market funds to your account within 3-days. Requests after December 3rd, 2013 will not be accepted.

In other news, we'd like to thank everyone for participating in giving feedback to the Chobots team! As promised, we've granted each player 5000 bugs for their submission.
